Covid-19 Measures - Brent Bulls Basketball Club

As a club, we take the current pandemic very seriously and will make sure our approach back to the sport is definitive and careful.

Our basketball activities at Brent Bulls Basketball Club will be carefully executed to follow the Basketball England Return to Play Roadmap (below) and Guidance and the Government COVID-19 lockdown measures.

Updated 11/10/20 – Referencing the Basketball England Return to Play Roadmap, we are currently at Level 3, please be aware of the measures we will be following:

Maintaining Social Distancing (1m) where possible
Use of outdoor courts are allowed
Allowed to work and play in a group of six
Basketballs can be used and shared between members of the same household
If players can bring their own basketballs this will be advised
No rebounding or passing drills

Updated 31/03/21 – Referencing the Basketball England Return to Play Roadmap, we are currently at Level 2, please be aware of the measures we will be following:

Maintaining Social Distancing (1m) where possible
Use of outdoor courts are allowed
Basketballs can be used and shared between members of the same household
If players can bring their own basketballs this will be advised

Please note our hygiene procedures for each session:

Arriving at the venue already changed and ready to play
No handshakes, high fives or other bodily contacts
We will have hand sanitiser available courtside with regular stoppages
Ball washing/wiping at the end of the session – everyone to wash their own
Coaches will be wearing facing masks as recommended by BE and the government
